"Today marks four months since the loss of Siyana. Four months of grief and struggle. Struggle with a broken system and a bunch of soulless people. The pain is not getting any weaker. On the contrary. Her chair is getting emptier…", noted on "Facebook" the father of the deceased Siyana, Nikolay Popov, who shared several shots that remind him of the absence of his daughter.
The father also notes that during yesterday's court hearing he also heard the forensic medical examination, from which he learned horrific details about the fatal day.
"Yesterday in court I heard horrific details about her death. It was severe and very painful. It was as if I had lost my child for the second time. She was drawing eyes, and hers were torn out, like my heart… She was so disfigured that the doctors cried for her. They had never seen such a picture… She waited for an ambulance for 50 minutes. The only expert report in the case that I had not read was the forensic one.
In the courtroom, witnesses told how they found her. I couldn't help but listen," Popov also noted, thanking for the support and claiming that "in these four months, the only institution that did its job was the prosecutor's office."
12-year-old Siyana lost her life in an accident near the village of Telish. The little girl died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital in Pleven.
