According to him, the versions, including those of the Ministry of Interior, are contradictory. "And the truth is that the one who should speak is the prosecutor in the case. He collects the information, he is the master of the process in the criminal proceedings before the court. He should speak when he has something to say. It is not right for anyone other than the prosecutor to explain what the prosecution did. In this case, it is not clear. And since it is not clear - we must wait for the facts to be gathered", he explained.
And he emphasized that at the moment there are no facts in the case, there are only assumptions. "There are heavy political statements. There is an attempt to polarize society, and to start investigating, without having the necessary qualities or impartiality. We saw how things polarized in two directions, which is not right", the lawyer is categorical.
