The government has declared a property - public state property, to private state property and transferred it to the ownership of the Svishtov municipality. Tsenov“ Academy of Economics - Svishtov, but it is no longer needed for it, as well as for educational institutions in the Veliko Tarnovo region. The Regional Governor of Veliko Tarnovo must develop a control mechanism through which to carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the conditions under which the property is transferred.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a 10-year right of use for the performance of environmental control and protection activities - by state bodies, when this is related to their activities on a land plot in a forest area - private state property in the city of Montana, Montana municipality. The established right is in favor of the Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Water - Montana.
