Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex sells both hotel rooms and “investment packages&rdquo ; - shares. Thanks to this, entrepreneurs can invest in luxury hotel properties with a budget starting at USD 3,245.
The good thing about the scheme is that the buyer chooses the size of the “investment package”. For example, when buying one share, its price will be 3245 USD if the “package” includes 25 shares, then the total amount of investment will reach 64,392 USD, and each share will be more profitable – 2575 USD.
Until the completion of the complex, the owners of “investment packages” receive a guaranteed income of 5%. After commissioning - the real profitability of the hotel's activity, which is expected to be up to 11.6% per year.
Buyers of shares have access to all guarantees from the developer: registration of the agreement with the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, interest-free payment of installments, guaranteed income, option of “repurchase” at an increased price - up to 100% of the initial amount of the investment.
The owners of “investment packages“ also receive RCI membership – the world's largest vacation exchange program.
Batumi is the most popular region of Georgia among foreigners. According to Galt & Taggart foreign investors have bought 75-80% of local apartments in 2023.
