Aston Martin, the iconic British ultra-luxury car brand known for its James Bond films, has announced the entry are in the UAE luxury property market.
Dar Global - an international luxury real estate developer listed on the London Stock Exchange, presents “The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin” - a new residential complex on the seafront of the Al Marjan Islands in the emirate of Ras al-Khaimah.
“Astera marks our partnership with Dar Global, bringing together two companies that share a passion for luxury living and combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative design. This is Aston Martin's first real estate project in the Middle East and we are thrilled to be able to bring our brand to Al Marjan Island," says Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification at Aston Martin.
This is far from the first car brand to venture into real estate. Two residential skyscrapers have already been built by Porsche – one in Miami and the other in Frankfurt. Villas designed by Bugatti have been completed in Dubai, as have 10 luxury mansions designed by Bentley. Apartments with interiors by Mercedes have been available in London since 2015.
