The State Financial Inspection Agency received three properties for management free of charge - public state property, which are independent objects, located on the fourth floor of a building on “Vitosha“ No. 6 in the city of Sofia. Due to no longer being necessary, their management is being taken away from the District Administration of the Sofia Region.
By decision of the government, the municipality of Varna receives the ownership of properties - private state property for the construction of a new educational base for the "Dr. Petar Beron" Mathematical High School. The grounds with a total area of 21,924 square meters are located on “Andrei Sakharov” No. 16 and “Vrba“ No. 24 in the city of Varna. According to the government's decision, in the event of non-realization of the planned object within five years of the acquisition of the properties, the municipality of Varna will have to transfer them to the state. The regional governor of Varna is expected to commit to developing a control mechanism through which he will carry out periodic inspections to fulfill the conditions under which the properties were transferred to the municipality of Varna.
For a period of 10 years, the government grants the Municipality of Vidin the management of architectural and construction immovable cultural values in the town of Vidin, which are properties - public state property. The Municipality of Vidin will implement restoration, conservation and presentation activities in compliance with the requirements of the Law on Cultural Heritage.
The properties are land on “Knyaz Boris I“ No. 34 with the “Cross Barracks“ museum in it, two terrains that are parts of the “Fortress Walls of Turkish Kale” and form ditches on “Tsar Mihail III Shishman“ street, a one-story building on “Bdin“ street, representing an immovable cultural value “Pazar Kapia“, as well as terrain in the k. “Cale“, designated as a historical monument.

The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to establish a free right of use for a period of 3 years to carry out field archaeological research and conservation on three land properties in forest· territories - private state property, in the village of Varbovka, Pavlikeni municipality, Veliko Tarnovo district. The properties fall within the area of activity of the Territorial Division “State Forestry Bolyarka" to State Enterprise “North Central State Enterprise" - the town of Gabrovo. The right of use is established in accordance with the Law on Forests in favor of “Road engineering" AD for a period of 3 years. In this way, the carrying out of field archaeological research and conservation of archaeological values is ensured.
The Council of Ministers adopted a Decision to establish a free right of use for a period of 3 years to carry out field archaeological research and conservation on land in a forest area - public state property, in the city of Vratsa. The property falls within the area of activity of the Territorial Division “Vratsa State Forestry" to State Enterprise “Northwest State Enterprise" - the city of Vratsa. The right of use is established in accordance with the Law on Forests in favor of the Regional Historical Museum - Vratsa for a period of 3 years. In this way, the carrying out of field archaeological research and conservation of archaeological values is ensured.
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to give consent for the conclusion of a preliminary contract for the replacement of separate parts of a medical facility - immovable properties owned by UMBAL “St. George" EAD against properties - property of "Bulpharma" Ltd. The purpose of the settlement of property relations between the two parties is in connection with the resolution of the problem of the lack of direct access to the land with identifier 56784.510.550 on the cadastral map of the city of Plovdiv, in which a substation with identifier 56784.510.550.1, owned by UMBAL “St. George" EAD, Plovdiv. At the moment, the service of the substation is carried out by passing through someone else's property, which is privately owned. This, in turn, creates complications for servicing the substation. In order to settle the property relations between the parties, it is proposed to draw up a project for amending a detailed development plan - a regulation plan, changing the boundaries of landed properties with identifiers 56784.510.247 and 56784.510.248, and new properties/objects are formed from them in the cadastral map , part of which will be the subject of the order between the parties. Market valuations prepared by an independent licensed appraiser are presented for the newly formed properties/objects.
