The Council of Ministers agreed to declare properties - public state property for properties - private state property . They are provided for the management of the DP “Port Infrastructure” and are located at port terminal Burgas - East 1. The Cabinet also adopted a Decision on the free provision of public state-owned properties for the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (MAF) and on their declaration as private state-owned properties. The properties are located in forest territory and after the need for them for the defense of the country has ceased to exist, they are provided free of charge for the management of the Ministry of Interior. With the same act of the Council of Ministers, they are declared to be properties-private state property.
