The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to establish a perpetual easement on land properties in forest areas - public state property.
The decision allows the construction and maintenance of an underground gas pipeline in the lands of the villages of Dolna Gradeshnitsa and Slivnitsa, Kresna municipality, as well as the villages of Rupite, Topolnitsa, Kulata and Marino pole, Petrich municipality, Blagoevgrad region.
The total area of the easement zone is 13.735 decares, covering forest areas within the scope of the Southwestern State Enterprise-Blagoevgrad. The decision is in accordance with the Forestry Act.
