A new logistics base will be built in the “Bozhurishte“ Industrial Park. The investment is worth 7 million leva and will be implemented in the village of Gurmazovo, which is part of the park. The project is being implemented by the Bulgarian company “Imelius“.

It is a big plus for every investor to build their logistics base on the territory of an industrial park, as they receive assistance from the park management at all stages of the implementation of their project.
Investors' interest in state-owned industrial zones is high, as they provide not only terrain but also the necessary infrastructure and comprehensive services that facilitate the implementation of the investment project.
As for the “Bozhurishte“ Industrial Park specifically, its management recently announced the construction of a regional center for digital solutions and innovations. Its goal is to support business and the public sector in the process of digital transformation.
Two contracts for the sale of real estate in the IP “Bozhurishte“ have already been concluded since the beginning of the current year. There is also another preliminary contract.
