Former Foreign Ministry employee Krasimira Trifonova, accused of murdering her brother-in-law Peyo Peev, wants to go free. Today, she appealed the arrest at the second instance, NOVA reported.
Peio Peev was murdered at the beginning of the year, and Krasimira and her daughter Gabriela were arrested and charged after the man's body was found on Vitosha. According to the investigators, the mother and daughter strangled Peev in his car.
The motive for the crime is believed to be related to parental rights. Peyo Peev and Gabriela have a 6-year-old child. Although they soon got married, they lived apart, and in the meantime she gave birth to a second child, the paternity of which is claimed by the former MP from “We continue the change” Veliko Minkov.
