The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the death of the 17-year-old boy who died in a nightclub in the center of Svishtov. On Friday evening, 17-year-old Pavel left his home in the Ruse village of Novgrad for Svishtov with friends, and never returned home.
“I called him at 02:00, he picked up and said, “Grandma, I'm at a disco with friends“. I shouted, “Come home on time, if you have to take a taxi and come home immediately“, but he didn't come home.... Like he was dancing on the dance floor and got undressed“, his grandmother told bTV – Penka Varbanova.
The boy collapsed in the disco and died on the way to the emergency room.
When asked if anyone was responsible for the tragic incident, Pavel's great-grandfather - Kolyo Kolev, said:
„How is there no one to blame? The one who gives him and the one who takes him there are to blame!“
The deceased boy's relatives accuse the management of the nightclub of allowing a minor into it.
