In the heart of the Berkovo village of Zamfirovo, in the lunchtime hours of Saturday, a shocking scene unfolded that shook the local community.
42-year-old Boyko Zamfirov became the victim of a brutal beating after he dared to ask his neighbors to turn down the deafening music that echoed from their yard. According to eyewitnesses, after making his remark, Boyko was mercilessly attacked – the attackers used an axe and a wooden stick to injure him.
The victim suffered multiple injuries and was urgently transported to a hospital in Sofia, where doctors are fighting for his recovery.
