History, which is a constant object of interpretations, suggestions and a tool for manipulation, consists of dates, events and processes. Every year, round anniversaries of events are celebrated, which mostly mark military and political victories. One of them is the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow on June 24, 1945, which shows in full force the decisive victory of the Red Army in the defeat of the Third Reich.

The military victory was achieved with many victims, destroyed infrastructure, but also with the incomparable spirit of the Russian soldiers who fought for their Motherland. In the following decades, humanity lives with the idea that global wars and catastrophes are a thing of the past. The victory parade, in which the only foreign participant is the Bulgarian general Vladimir Stoychev, is considered in most cases as a kind of guarantee of this hope.

It is true that over the past 80 years the world has been developing in the familiar dichotomy of peace-war, with the almost half-century-long Cold War. The subsequent period of democratization and neoliberalism did not go beyond the framework of ideological opposition, political confrontation and local conflicts. Peace was more than war! For 5 years, however, societies have been thrust into a new model with the coronavirus pandemic and the Ukrainian case.

The virus has claimed many victims, and it is gradually beginning to be revealed how, through Covid 19, countries have been thrust into a policy of educational, health and social control. The special military operation of Russia in February 2022, deliberately provoked by the Joe Biden administration, put the world in the familiar scheme of "the united West and the USA against Russia" on the territory of Ukraine for several centuries. Technology companies, strengthening their virtual capabilities, are increasingly mastering and controlling the information space in political and social networks.

The world is transforming in a direction in which social communication and institutional guarantee of public interests are shifting from the brutal application of the basic principle of international relations - the right of force. The fact is that this principle in war is applied when military victories are achieved, which predictably lead to political transformations. In recent years, we have observed a drastic change in the rules. The insane support of the Kiev regime by the EU, NATO and the USA with President Joe Biden categorically promotes the military victory of Ukraine.

The huge amount of financial and military aid to Kiev, as well as economic sanctions against Russia, are destroying the European economy, the social and political stability of the EU. The refusal of the new US President Donald Trump and his administration to unconditionally support Kiev has intensified the military rhetoric of the European elite. The EC and NATO declare the need to restore and expand Europe's military capabilities with the idea of \u200b\u200b“possible aggression by Russia against the countries of the continent“.

Ukraine is an occasion for military and political confrontation with the permanent enemy Russia, but for two years another problematic security zone has been restored once again - the Middle East. The attack by “Hamas“ against Israel on October 7, 2023 caused the world's sympathy and support for the Israeli victims and hostages. Then things changed dramatically. World organizations and regional and global leaders constantly called on Tel Aviv to stop the genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Unfortunately, the practice of providing information about an impressive number of killed Palestinian civilians and the consciously pursued policy of hindering humanitarian aid to the population has become a common statistic.

“The Victim“ Israel clears territories (the Gaza Strip), changes political regimes (the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad in Syria), destroys economic and military structures and equipment during ground operations (southern Lebanon). The Israeli-Iranian war in recent weeks is indicative of the changing world. Israel has once again opened a new front for the implementation of its strategic goals - The danger of the creation of a nuclear bomb by Tehran in the near future, announced by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, is a motive for military action against Iran with the aim of changing the regime of the ayatollahs.

This would lead to a serious restructuring of forces in the region. Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz, through which a high percentage of oil and gas passes. A new pro-American government in Tehran would strengthen the positions of both the United States and Israel, which would also cause serious economic turmoil in China, which receives over 70% of its cheap fuel from Iran. The local nature of the conflict is radically changing with the American bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities. The world is faced with the mystery - to what extent and how will Beijing, Moscow, and Pyongyang intervene in the Israeli-Iranian conflict? The development of the conflict will be a serious test for the future of the BRICS and the SCO.

The Ukrainian case and the conflicts in the Middle East are the military challenges of the modern world, in which reality is imaginary and passes through fake news, the moral rhetoric of the European and global political elites, whose behavior is impressive with the absence of social protection, economic efficiency and state stability. The battle between the unipolar and multipolar world passes through the challenges of artificial intelligence and with increasingly prominent policies for the conquest and control of natural resources around the world. Through local conflicts, the thesis of intellectual profanation is being confirmed, creating the opportunity to instill fear and hatred in societies. There is no longer a need for ideology as a political instrument for control and power over people.

A lot of time has passed since the end of World War II. Victory is always the main goal of every warring party. Globalization, high technologies and an increasingly rapidly changing world impose new rules that increasingly empty the activities of international and state institutions of content. The victories of the future are in defending ancestral memory, language and identity, guaranteeing the tomorrow of the individual and societies. Once again, an attempt is being made to use war as a tool for geopolitical transformation. Will there be a new victory parade guaranteeing the peace of the future?
