BMW Motorrad has once again shown that it is not afraid of experiments by presenting its concept electric scooter Vision CE. The model will be presented at the Munich Motor Show.
The scooter that doesn't look like a scooter
The Vision CE attracts attention with its unique concept, which mixes the features of a scooter and a miniature car. Its main feature is the integrated safety system that allows you to ride it without a helmet. The scooter has a sturdy safety frame, a high seat with a backrest and a seat belt, which create an enclosed space around the driver.
Design and technology
The design of the Vision CE is futuristic. The frame that wraps around the driver makes it look completely unique. The scooter is equipped with narrow headlights, additional lighting and even the ability to install a transparent roof. There is space for a small luggage rack and a Bluetooth speaker at the back.
The scooter has a large digital display and traditional handlebars. It also has an interesting balancing function that allows it to stand on its own when stopped.
Freedom and safety
BMW Motorrad emphasizes that the Vision CE is designed for people who value the freedom of movement in the city, but do not want to compromise on safety. The concept combines technology and practicality, and could launch a new segment in urban transport.
