“Along with the Council of Ministers, various agencies, all ministers have signed this decision and no one has seen anything wrong. And the next day, the exact opposite is voted to revoke the given permission. No one says why? We have a decision of the Council of Ministers, they may have made this decision late in the evening at the signing. Is there a violation of the law when issuing the permit? If so, what is the permission that is in violation. So the law was violated... And how come no one noticed it for months, because they worked on this file for a long time”, Dr. Katsarov also said.
