US President Donald Trump said on Saturday that he would impose a 100 percent tariff on Canadian goods if Canada concludes a trade agreement with China, Reuters reported, BTA reported.

Trump added that if Canada signs a trade agreement with China, “a 100 percent tariff will be immediately imposed on all Canadian goods and products entering the United States“.
During a recent visit to China, Carney described the Asian country as a “reliable and predictable partner“, and at the World Economic Forum in Davos he urged European leaders to seek investment from the world's second-largest economy.
