Former US special envoy for Ukraine, Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, said the war in Ukraine could end tomorrow if Russian President Vladimir Putin did just one thing.
"It would be very easy for the Russians to end this war tomorrow. All Putin has to do is declare victory and go home. He can't take over all of Ukraine, he doesn't have the ability to do that," Kellogg told Fox Business.
