Odessa and Odessa region were attacked with ballistic missiles. Loud explosions are heard in the city, broadcast the local channels of the Telegram application, writes BTA.
An air raid alert was announced at 11.32am and explosions were heard minutes later at 11.37am.
Residents of Odesa and the surrounding area should stay in shelters until the alarm is over, urged Oleg Kiper, the chairman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
