Ukrainian Army Commander-in-Chief Gen. Oleksandr Sirsky today said that Kiev's forces continue to advance in Russia's Kursk region, but warned that Moscow is strengthening its forces on the eastern front around the city of Pokrovsk, where Russian troops have been advancing, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
General Sirsky said in a televised video link that Russia was making attempts to cut supply lines to the Pokrovsky Front. He described the overall situation there as difficult.
