Russian Ministry of Defense: We are rapidly advancing in the Kursk region - 1

The Ministry of Defense of Russia claims that within two days, as a result of a counteroffensive in the Kursk region, 10 settlements controlled by the Ukrainian armed forces were liberated: Apanasovka, Byahovo, Vishnevka, Viktorovka, Vnezapnoe, Gordeevka, Krasnooktyabrskoe, Obukhovka, Snagost and October 10. This information is quoted by the BBC.

In addition, according to the report, "two enemy counterattacks were repulsed" in the direction of the villages of Fanaseevka and Snagost and "the attack attempt was foiled" in the direction of Olgovka settlement.

On the evening of September 10, Russian and Ukrainian Telegram channels began to report on the advance of the Russian military in the Kursk region, which was attacked by the Ukrainian armed forces in early August.

In particular, the Ukrainian project Deep State reports that the Russian army has "started active assault operations, transporting armored vehicles first across the Seym River and then across smaller rivers".

Russia managed to move armored forces across the Seym River despite Ukrainian attacks on the bridges, writes US military expert Rob Lee.

Russian pro-military Telegram channels claim that the Russian army is rapidly moving east, as a result of which it succeeded in liberating the Korenevsky district of the Kursk region.

Judging by ISW experts, Russian troops have managed to regain control of several settlements, but Ukrainian armed forces have also attacked advancing Russian troops.
