Russia will ban the sale of condoms and contraceptives to certain categories of the population, Gerashchenko said. Such measures are also shared by the Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin. “We have decades of confrontation with the West ahead of us. The country needs warriors to lead this fight. And mothers to give birth to these warriors. Therefore, the birth rate must be urgently increased, he pointed out.
