The Russian Foreign Ministry announced today that Russia will raise the issue of the murder of General Igor Kirillov "by Ukraine" at the United Nations Security Council on December 20, Reuters reported.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that anyone involved in the murder would be found and punished.
