Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said that he was horrified by the shooting last night during an event at the Jewish Museum in the US capital Washington, which killed two young employees of the Israeli embassy, DPA reported, BTA reported.
"Israeli representatives around the world are constantly exposed to increased risk – especially in these times", Saar wrote on social networks.
"We are in close contact with the US authorities. Israel will not surrender to terror," the Israeli foreign minister wrote.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadeful also expressed his shock at the killing of the two employees of the Israeli embassy in Washington.
"Nothing can justify anti-Semitic violence. I am shocked by the treacherous murder of two employees of the Israeli embassy in Washington," Johan Wadeful wrote today in "Ex", quoted by Reuters.
