Security advisers from Germany, France and the UK will attend the talks on Ukraine. They will be held in Istanbul on June 2.
This was revealed to ABC News by the special envoy of the US President Keith Kellogg.
"We will also have the so-called group of security advisers from Germany, France and the UK", said Kellogg.
He said that when the talks were held in London, it was this group that helped shape the positions on Ukraine.
