Russia's Investigative Committee has accused Ukraine of committing "terrorist acts" by blowing up railway bridges in Kursk and Bryansk regions on May 31 and June 1, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
The attacks were planned to harm hundreds of civilians, the Investigative Committee said in a statement published on "Telegram".
Seven people died and 113, including children, were injured when two trains derailed in the Kursk and Bryansk regions, the investigative body added.
