Iranian state TV reported today three killed in an Israeli airstrike on its building yesterday, Agence France-Presse reported, BTA reported.
The victims were media employees. Iranian state TV also reported wounded, but did not specify the number. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the attack, which he said betrayed "Israeli desperation".
"This attack clearly shows cowardice in its highest form: (the Israelis) cannot win a real battle and attack a civilian building that only tells the truth," Araghchi said on Iranian state television.
The Israeli army, meanwhile, announced this morning that it had carried out several major strikes on military infrastructure in western Iran overnight.
"Dozens of surface-to-surface missile storage and launch sites", as well as "surface-to-air missile launch sites and drone storage sites" were hit, the statement said. This announcement was made on the fifth day since the start of the exchange of strikes between Israel and Iran.
