Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan warned that Israel's aggression could have global consequences if not contained, drawing attention to the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, Anadolu Agency reported, quoted by BTA.
Fidan participated in a panel examining issues related to geopolitics, economics and artificial intelligence, within the framework of the BRICS summit, which was held yesterday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
"The tragedy of the Palestinian people is at the center of our discussions. "This is a serious crisis in terms of the legitimacy of the institutions responsible for maintaining world peace," Fidan said during the panel, warning that "if Israel's aggression and expansionist policies are not contained, there will be consequences for the entire world."
In his speech, Fidan also commented on the advent of artificial intelligence and its use as a means of control. "Necessary measures must be taken to prevent artificial intelligence from becoming a new tool for domination," Fidan said.
