Vladimir Putin has decided to eliminate two departments from the presidential administration in the Kremlin.
These are the department for interregional and cultural relations with foreign countries, as well as the structure for cross-border cooperation, TASS reported.
With the same decree, he decided to create a department for strategic partnership and cooperation.
Head of Presidential Administration Anton Vaino has been tasked with preparing relevant proposals and implementing organizational and personnel measures within three months.
The two eliminated departments are headed by Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak.
