UMBAL "Lozenets" announced the opening of a Women's Cardiology Center, the first of its kind in Bulgaria, which was created to provide high-quality medical care specifically aimed at women's cardiovascular health.
The center is tailored to the specific needs of women, who are often subjected to unique risk factors related to hormonal and physiological changes during different stages of life. Highly qualified specialists will offer comprehensive diagnostics and consultations, with the first examinations at the newly opened center to be conducted by Dr. Sasha Karzhina, will be completely free of charge and will include:
· Electrocardiogram (ECG)
· Holter monitoring
· Echocardiography
The examinations will be held from January 27 to 31, after a previously booked appointment and are intended for women with the following conditions and risk factors:
· Women in menopause
· Women who have undergone hysterectomy
· Dyslipidemia
· Hormonal disorders
· Thyroid diseases
· Breast fibroadenomas
· High blood pressure
· Women who want to check their heart health.
