The decision has been made about the elections. The extraordinary parliamentary elections and the elections for the European Parliament will be 2 in 1 on June 9. Are they announced as an artist by "Siela Norma"?

"The procedure has not yet been terminated, but a new one will have to be opened. I'm not sure there will be any big change. Additional machines will be needed overseas. If the election is on June 9th, by law it will take 20 working days to certify the machines, which means that on May 9th the software should be developed, and we need 20-25 days to fulfill the request. This means that we must have a signed contract by April 20. I say this not to create tension, but to remind that we are already a little outside the deadlines. It is a good idea to agree on the three institutions to work in a shorter period of time," said the director of "Siela Norma" Veselin Todorov in the studio of "Denyat ON AIR".

He emphasized that it was important that the sizes of the printed ballot were different so that members of the sectional committees could distinguish between them.

"There is no problem with the size of the paper ballot, but the sizes of the printed ballot should be different so that the precinct committee members know which is for which ballot box. For the printers to work smoothly, the appearance is important on the paper. This time a reasonable solution must be found to meet the requirements. Dozens of companies in the country can produce such paper," added the guest of Bulgaria ON AIR.

Todorov is adamant that the CEC has a lot of work to do.

"Machines can probably last another 20-30 years. They are computers, only much stronger than ordinary ones, they can withstand shocks, rain, they can last a long time, moral obsolescence will be a problem. But there is indeed a lot of work for the CEC. And to figure out how the main screen should look, and how to open the bulletins one after the other. To specify it so that there are no mistakes", he explained.
