Parliament will discuss in the first reading changes to the Law on Health, introduced by Kiril Petkov from “We continue the change-Democratic Bulgaria“ and a group of deputies, foresees the draft program for the work of the National Assembly, BTA reported.
With the amendments, it is proposed that the treatment of rare diseases with medicinal products and dietary foods for special medical purposes, started before the patient reaches the age of 18, should continue to be paid for from the budget and after reaching the age of majority until the treatment is completed . According to the importers, this will ensure access to treatment and ensure its continuity for these patients, regardless of their age.
Deputies are expected to begin work with the discussion of the first reading of two draft laws for changes to the Railway Transport Act (continued) - by Dimitar Naydenov from PP-DB and the Council of Ministers, which began last week.
In his draft law, Naydenov proposes to create an opportunity to store the locomotive's waybill, the train's brake mass certificate, the locomotive's logbook and the train's schedule in an electronic medium, in addition to paper.
With the second bill – of the Council of Ministers, a provision is proposed which stipulates that persons involved in railway infrastructure management bodies work impartially and that their impartiality is not affected by any conflicts of interest. They cannot carry out competitive activity, as well as be in contractual relations with railway enterprises, companies or associations.
The draft program also includes the second reading of changes to the Law on the European Investigation Order and the Tax and Insurance Procedural Code, as well as the second vote on the Draft Law on the Ratification of the Agreement on the Participation of the Republic of Bulgaria in the OECD Program for Ukraine with Voluntary Financial contribution in the amount of EUR 60,000 (BGN 117,350).
