The accident occurred on the Pleven-Lovech road, one person died.
This was announced by the spokesperson of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Pleven, Mariana Tsvetkova.
The incident was reported at 1:47 p.m. The collision was head-on, between a truck and a car.
Initially, the road was closed completely, and after the initial investigative actions, it was gradually controlled by a team of "Road Police".
"According to initial information, the deceased was from the passenger car," added Tsvetkova. The road is currently not closed to traffic.
