The financial resource of 2.5 billion leva will be implemented through the implementation of a new national program for energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings. The program is in the process of development and the financial resource covers the period until 2029.
This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the Bulgarian Socialist Party-United Left Atanas Zafirov during a blitz control in the National Assembly, news.bg reports.
According to him, the mechanism will retain the appearance of the previous national program and the model will involve the participation of the Bulgarian Development Bank and the municipal administration.
A variant is being developed through application with an information system, while at the same time maintaining the understanding of objectivity and transparency for the implementation of the program.
