The famous specialists from ABT Sportsline, the legendary studio that has dedicated its life to improving the cars of the German brand, have presented their latest, tuned crossover - the Audi SQ5 Power S. This is not just a cosmetic intervention, but a deep transformation that turns the compact SUV into a real asphalt predator.
Engine
The project, called ABT Power S, is based on the latest Audi SQ5 with its impressive V6 engine. Under the hood lies the same 3.0-liter V6 unit with twin turbochargers, but ABT engineers have done a real miracle with it. Through precise tuning, power has jumped from the standard 367 horsepower to an impressive 440 hp, and maximum torque has been increased from 550 Nm to an impressive 600 Nm. As a final touch, a noisier sports exhaust has been added, ensuring that no one will miss the presence of this beast.
Driving characteristics
Although the maximum speed of the Audi SQ5 ABT has remained electronically limited to 250 km/h (typical for German cars), the dynamics have been dramatically improved. Acceleration to a hundred now takes less than 4.5 seconds - a time worthy of purebred sports coupes, not SUVs. To master this brutal power, the crossover's suspension has also been completely redesigned, with the body lowered by as much as 45 mm, which guarantees better traction and more stable behavior in corners.
Exterior
Visually, the new Audi SQ5 ABT is distinguished by an aggressive body kit that emphasizes its sporty character. At the rear, the massive diffuser and the new roof spoiler are impressive. The appearance is completed with the installation of huge 22-inch ABT Sport Evo alloy wheels, shod with low-profile tires measuring 255/35 ZR22. This kit is undoubtedly an eye-catcher and is a clear sign that the car is not just a standard Audi Q5.
Interior
The interior of the Audi SQ5 has remained largely unchanged - despite everything, it is now at a high level. New floor mats have been added, and so that the tuning elite is not forgotten, when the door is opened, the ABT logo is projected onto the ground, creating a discreet but definite wow effect.
