Over 10,000 visitors and more than 250 purchased cars celebrated the first-ever National Spring Weekend Festival of Chinese Cars, organized on March 28 and 29 simultaneously in six locations in the country.
The event was held in the first showroom of BYD in Bulgaria - on „Christopher Columbus“ Blvd. 43 in Sofia, which opened its doors especially for the festival, as well as in DONGFENG showrooms in the capital, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse and Gabrovo.
In response to the huge interest in the exhibition, China Motor Company AD announces the continuation of the festival campaign. Until April 3, 2026, every client who deposits a car from the BYD or DONGFENG brands with a minimum amount of 100 euros will receive a special bonus – free “Casco“ insurance; for a period of one year, provided by Euroins Bulgaria Insurance Company AD.
The continuation of the campaign allows even more customers to take advantage of the attractive conditions and choose their new car from the brands DONGFENG and BYD.
The hosts from China Motor Company AD defined the event as a landmark for the trends in the car market in Bulgaria. “This was an exceptional event where we managed to welcome tens of thousands of visitors and provide them with the opportunity to view and test all models of BYD, DONGFENG and the other Chinese brands that were present. Other leading Chinese car brands, as well as motorcycles, were also presented at the festival. There were also single exhibits - Xiaomi, Avatar and Xpeng, bringing the total number of models presented to over 50. A special guest was H.E. - Ms. Dai Qinli, Ambassador of China.
Among the guests were many leading names and personalities from the business and entertainment sectors in Bulgaria.
During the festival, the grand prize from the DONGFENG and Derma act - Dongfeng BOX game was also awarded. The organizers also drew the winners of the weekend fest's raffle, who will be announced additionally on social networks and on chinamotor.bg.
During the event, they provided a huge free parking lot, a large area with an indoor children's corner with animators and attractions, including VR simulators and PlayStations, games and surprises.
There was also a large area for food, drinks, ice cream and wine. All this turned the fest into a big celebration for families and friends.
