"I heard that specialized bodies entered Nessebar today and I hope they will find the culprits for everything that has happened over the years. It really hasn't happened since yesterday and this is not the only place with overbuilding. This thing should be stopped - all the arbitrariness and measures should be taken", said the MP from "There are such people" Prof. Andrey Chorbanov in "The Day ON AIR".
According to him, the responsibility for the garbage crisis in Sofia should lie with the mayor.
"Vasil Terziev is unlikely to want the legislator to interfere in the mayor's prerogatives. "All those involved in the management of the municipality should join forces and deal with the garbage problem," added Prof. Chorbanov for Bulgaria ON AIR.
The entire health system must be better financed, the guest is categorical.
"We propose fixed minimum rates for night work, but the important thing is that the collective labor agreement establishes the framework with which they receive a well-deserved remuneration. In any case, it will not be 150%. This means a categorical increase in all remunerations along the chain. The health system will not withstand it at this point. We have the highest percentage of hospitals per percentage of population, which means that we cannot allocate quality resources," he pointed out.
According to him, a large number of specialists work in the health system and the system relies on all of them.
"A starting salary of 3,500 leva will put the resident in a position where he will receive more than the teaching doctor. Even if money is found and there is it in the Health Insurance Fund, the problem is how it will be given. Several associations have announced that they will immediately appeal. The problem is the monopoly of one fund," commented Prof. Chorbanov.
