Due to the increased flow of passengers on the metro lines that pass through the central part of Sofia, two additional metro trains have been launched, the press center of the Sofia Municipality told BTA.
"Metropolitan" is preparing two more trains for launch, the Municipality added.
Traffic in the metro is heavy after many citizens headed to the Triangle of Power to protest against the 2026 budget, those gathered chanting "resignation".
