A heavy-duty vehicle with a Turkish registration plate crashed on the Republic Pass near the town of Kilifarevo. The incident occurred at noon, Nova TV reported.
The truck is still in the ditch and is hindering traffic in the Veliko Tarnovo region, where it is raining and the road surfaces are wet.
