From there to the border with Turkey is about 10 km. There is also the "Maharata" cave, which is believed to have unexplored galleries leading to Turkey.
As an experienced caver, it is not excluded that the Mexican knows them and has moved with the young people outside of Bulgaria. For this purpose, thermal cameras and other video surveillance equipment of the Border Police in the area will be checked.
