And in reality - it can't be that serious. The war between Iran and Iraq lasted exactly 8 years. It ended on 08.08.1988. The Council of Elders, which elects the Ayatollah, consists of 88 people, who each have an eight-year term. Therefore, given this numerological coincidence, I wonder if something won't happen on March 8th. On the verge of a joke - we will wait for March 8 to see if something will change.
