The cabinet ministers are expected to meet and discuss measures to help businesses due to the fuel crisis. The creation of a headquarters to deal with the crisis is being considered.
This became clear after a meeting in the Council of Ministers yesterday with the unions. The Trade Union Confederation "Podkrepa" has requested the creation of a Fund " Crises", powered by the fiscal reserve.
And the Confederation of Bulgarian Trade Unions insists on ceilings for mark-ups on goods, compensation for businesses and measures for the transport industry.
Compensation for fuel and electricity prices, as well as supporting the possibility for tour operators to refund their clients for unfulfilled trips, are some of the proposals that were made.
