Three Attorney Generals – the current Borislav Sarafov and his predecessors Ivan Geshev and Sotir Tsatsarov, have been invited to a hearing in the parliamentary commission that is checking the activities of Martin Bojanov-Notary, Nova TV reports.
At the previous meeting, the deputies from GERB, DPS and BSP refused to participate, saying that it was turning into an "pre-election circus". Despite the lack of a quorum, the chairman Nikola Minchev from PP-DB accepted that there is no obstacle to holding a hearing without making decisions.
Sarafov is scheduled to speak to the deputies first today. He is followed by Geshev, but already on Monday in a message to the media he stated that he will be traveling abroad and will not attend. The last to be heard is Sotir Tsatsarov, who is currently the head of a department in the Supreme Prosecutor's Office.
