„Bulgargaz“ EAD announces a tender procedure for the partial transfer of the rights and obligations of “Bulgargaz” EAD under the framework agreement signed with Botash for the provision of regasification, storage and transmission of liquefied natural gas to the interconnection point Strandzha 1/Malkochlar.
This is clear from a message published on the page of the state gas company. It is not specified exactly what rights and obligations will be transferred. Instead, the potential bidder is required to observe complete confidentiality in obtaining the terms of employment with the Turkish company.
The announced tender shows that no renegotiation of the terms of the contract with "Botash" there won't be. Whether any company will be willing to participate in such an unprofitable but highly secretive arrangement remains to be seen after the application deadline.
