Second extraordinary session of the parliament for today

Parliament will hold an extraordinary session tonight. This happened after GERB-SDS and DPS collected signatures and submitted a request for an extraordinary meeting of the National Assembly today in connection with the price of electricity. The news was announced at a briefing in the parliament by the People's Representative from GERB-SDS, Temenuzka Petkova, quoted by Nova TV.
„Today, we from GERB-SDS and DPS submitted a request for an extraordinary session of the National Assembly to the National Assembly's office, so that we can hear the chairman of the KEVR and the acting minister of energy, explained Temenuzka Petkova.
"The purpose of this action is not to abuse the changes in the Constitution. When we accepted the continuity of the work of the National Assembly, we did not intend for it to become a rostrum for electioneering. "We want the second extraordinary meeting to be held today, so that there won't be a second one next week," Toma Bykov added.
