The Sofia Court of Appeal released Vasil Bozhkov. A three-member panel fully confirmed the decision of the SGS, which amended the remand measure “house arrest” of the defendant businessman, reported Nova TV.
With today's decision, the Sofia Court of Appeal finally imposes on him a measure of remand “cash guarantee” in the amount of BGN 130,000.
The court finds the insistence of Bozhkov's defense to impose a “signature” measure unfounded. or that there is no measure of remand, as well as the prosecution's request to keep the measure “house arrest” or increasing the monetary guarantee to BGN 500,000.
The decision of the Sofia Court of Appeal is final and is not subject to appeal or protest.
