The political scientist and teacher at NBU Hristo Panchugov commented this to BNR-Radio Sofia.
According to him, without knowing the reason for the clash at the top of the Movement, we are currently observing a division of influence in the corporation.
The conflict now has a structural expression, a relocation of influence in places is visible. And this will certainly weaken the party.
The words of Delyan Peevski that he and Mr. Dogan know each other well and know the truth look like a bluff, added Panchugov. Because any public disclosure will also bring to light unpleasant truths for the disclosing party.
It can be assumed that Peevski will make his own political project. There is no way to have 2 DPS. But the new formation will also be based on a very strong corporate dependence. The personal commitment of each member will be relied upon by the leader.
Dependence will be determined both by financial means and by other political players.
If there are strong political parties, there will not be much room for corporate projects, the political scientist is convinced.
If it is decided to form a government under the motto “Together against the Peevski model”, it will be difficult to get the bills to form a majority, added Panchugov.
According to him, an election campaign has already started on the political field.
Whatever the political representatives say or do in the future, it will be aimed at the voters, not at the Bulgarian citizens.
