The Statute of the Movement states that
the honorary chairman may call a meeting of the Central Council.
It meets with a majority of 2/3 and is the collective body that can exclude any member of the DPS who has violated the rules of the formation.
One of the expelled confirmed to NOVA that the Central Council will decide what will happen. "Mr Dogan's message was that the collective body will choose whether the named people will remain members of the DPS. It behooves the party to talk to all political forces about specific policies and priorities.
That is why Mr. Dogan clearly said that the "Zhelyazkov" draft cabinet should not be supported, because no one has talked with us about policies," commented Valentin Tonchev.
