Twenty-five people who suffered from the raging fires around the village of Srem, Topolovgrad Municipality, were evacuated and accommodated in the Ustrem monastery “ St. Trinity”. Metropolitan Arseniy of Sliven has sent financial aid and products to the victims, together with the municipality of Topolovgrad.

There they were given help and shelter. The Holy Abode is a home for all those without homes. Abbess Serafima and the vicar of Topolovgrad Father Nikolay Klyunkov are at the disposal of the residents of the village of Srem.

As BTA reported, a fire burned more than 10 houses in the Ivaylovgrad village of Gornoseltsi.
