He also commented on the question of whether a politician or an expert should be the next prime minister?
„It must be “technician” because it is a technical government. What does “technical government” no one has been able to explain so far. Under a government, policies are implemented that are implemented by politicians,”, comments Kisiv.
He thinks that before the likely elections, it is necessary to negotiate who would rule with whom. “Otherwise, let's not go to the seventh elections, because after them, perhaps, you will only have to discuss with the candidates, there will be no voters,” commented Kisiv.
According to him, the MPs from DPS, loyal to Ahmed Dogan, will not support the second mandate. “Rather, I think that every effort should be made not to break up the DPS, because that would be detrimental to both factions”, Kisyev said.
