The meeting of the National Council of "We continue the change" which took place today in the capital has ended.
This is what Nikolay Denkov, who is the chairman of the parliamentary group of "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", told journalists. (PP-DB), BTA reported.
The coalition is now the second political force in the 50th National Assembly and is expected to receive the second mandate to form a regular government. Denkov said that the PP is waiting for the DB's position regarding the realization of the second term.
We are continuing the talks with our partners from DB, the co-chairman of PP Kiril Petkov confirmed. They are currently meeting with their respective bodies and then we will meet together on a coalition, he said. The process is a bit slow, but we are thinking about it very carefully, because it is important for all Bulgarians, commented Petkov.
I will not comment anything on the real conclusions before we have a common position of the coalition, he added.
Earlier this week, the head of state Rumen Radev announced that he will hand over the second exploratory mandate to form a government next week.
